Honey rollsHoney rolls (without yeast!)

Fall is here and we're starting to bake! What fits this season better when you like to stay comfortably at home?

These honey rolls are an absolute culinary delight and incredibly quick and easy to prepare. You don't even need yeast, but our honey ensures a very special taste experience.


  • 2,5dl                           cornmeal
  • 3dl                              oatmeal
  • 5dl                              (if you like: light gluten-free) flour
  • 1.5 tbsp                      baking powder
  • about 2 tsp                salt
  • approx. 3 tsp             Golden Autumn Honey
  • 5dl                              cold water

if you like: cranberries


  1. Simply mix all dry ingredients a spoon in a bowl.
  2. Add water and honey and knead well with your hands or the spoon until the dough is firm. In between add the cranberries
  3. Form the rolls with a spoon (or your hands), place them on a baking tray and put them in the preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes.

And your delicious rolls are ready! We used our jams as a topping. Delicious!
