Arctic honey is characterised by long lasting liquidity and a fresh, fruity flavour. Dance of the Norhern Lights includes aromas of almond, green leaves and raspberry. Heather Honey has a trace of bitterness that contributes an extremely elegant flavour. Our aromatic Midnight Sun has a stunning golden color and it offers a hint of peach flavour. In the smell and taste of Buckwheat Honey you will discover aromas of burnt sugar and malt. In the taste of Nightless Night you can feel spicy cardamom and a fresh breeze of herbs. Enchanted Forest has a hint of conifer in its taste.
All our honeys are Finnish natural products: nothing is added to them and they are not pasteurized.
