Description

The unique natural environment of the Arctic Circle allows us to offer you a honey that almost never crystallizes. This honey is collected under the midnight sun from fireweed, cloudberry, lingonberry and other native flowers of Lapland. The result is a refined harmony of berry flavours and a hint of sourness.

Storage recommendation:
Room temperature, dry and dark place

If honey turns crystallized, you can place jar in a pot of warm water, set heat to medium-low and stir until crystals dissolve.
