Golden Autumn has a strong flavour of malt, with a hint of burnt sugar.
The composition of Golden Autumn honey varies greatly depending on the conditions at the end of the summer. Golden Autumn has a strong malty flavour with a hint of burnt sugar. In general, the main ingredients are nectar from heather, hawkweed and buckwheat, and honeydew from conifers. The colour of the honey is reddish. This honey is liquid when potted, but will crystallize as time goes by.
Storage recommendation:
Room temperature, dry and dark place
If honey turns crystallized, you can place jar in a pot of warm water, set heat to medium-low and stir until crystals dissolve
