The beautiful buckwheat of the barren Nordic farmlands gives its dark aroma to our Buckwheat honey. In the smell and taste of this honey you will discover aromas of burnt sugar and malt, which blend to create a harmonious and unforgettable flavour. Our bees produce this variety of honey in August, when they pollinate the buckwheat fields of the Satakunta region.
Storage recommendation: Room temperature, dry and dark place
If honey turns crystallized, you can place jar in a pot of warm water, set heat to medium-low and stir until crystals dissolve.All our honeys are Finnish natural products: nothing is added to them and they are not pasteurized.
