This honey is liquid when potted, but will crystallize as time goes by. The composition can vary yearly depending of end of summer weather conditions.
Storage recommendation: Room temperature, dry and dark placeIf honey turns crystallized, you can place jar in a pot of warm water and stir until crystals dissolve
