You can choose from several delivery options depending on the destination country. Please make sure you have chosen correct shop based on delivery country. 

FINLAND

• Posti Small Parcel (home delivery)
Delivered directly to your door with regular mail. Delivery time is usually 2–5 business days. Please note that this delivery method cannot later be changed to a pickup point. Availability depends on the order weight and is only offered for smaller orders.

• Posti Parcel (Posti pickup point or Smartpost parcel locker)
You can choose delivery to the nearest pickup point or parcel locker. Delivery time is usually 2–3 business days.

• Posti Home Parcel (home delivery)
The parcel is delivered to your home at an agreed time. Posti will contact you to arrange the delivery time.

GERMANY

• GLS EuroBusinessParcel
Delivery time is usually 5–6 working days from Finland with FlexDeliveryService. GLS informs the recipient about the delivery by e-mail and offers several delivery options.

• Posti Parcel Connect (distributed by DHL in Germany)
Delivery time is usually 4–5 working days from Finland. Please note that direct orders to DHL Packstation are not possible.

EU COUNTRIES, SWITZERLAND and NORWAY

• GLS EuroBusinessParcel
Delivery time is usually 6–7 working days from Finland with FlexDeliveryService. GLS informs the recipient about the delivery by e-mail and offers several delivery options. Please note that customs formalities in Switzerland and Norway may affect delivery times.

At the moment, we do not deliver to countries outside these delivery areas. However, you can contact us by e-mail to request a shipping quote.

• Posti Small Parcel (Posti Pikkupaketti): €4.90
• Posti Parcel (Posti Postipaketti): €6.90

• Orders over €60 are delivered free of charge (Posti Parcel)
• Orders over €120 are delivered free of charge (Posti Home Parcel)

GERMANY
• GLS EuroBusinessParcel: €6.90 (incl. VAT)
• Posti Parcel Connect (DHL): €8.90 (incl. VAT)

Additionally:
Orders over €50 are delivered free of charge with GLS.

EU COUNTRIES
• GLS EuroBusinessParcel: €9 (+ local VAT)

SWITZERLAND and NORWAY
• GLS EuroBusinessParcel: €17

Exact shipping costs are always shown at checkout before the order confirmation. If no delivery method appears, please check that you have entered correct shop.

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days (Monday-Friday) after the payment has been received.

Delivery times are estimates based on the operations of Posti and GLS. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. If an order cannot be delivered due to stock availability or other reasons, we will contact the customer as soon as possible.

Yes. You will receive tracking information for your shipment by e-mail. Please note that the e-mail won't necessarely come directly from us, but from the carrier. 

Please provide a valid e-mail address and a phone number when placing your order so the carrier can contact you if needed. After the package card has been created, changing your e-mail address is no longer possible.

You can track your parcel using the provided tracking code through the carrier’s tracking service.

We deliver orders to Finland and most European countries. Domestic orders are shipped through the “Finland and Åland Islands” store version. For international orders, select the “Germany and Europe” store version. Please note that delivery methods, prices (taxes), and delivery times may vary depending on the destination country. At checkout, you can see the currently available shipping countries from the country selection menu in the delivery address section.

If your package is damaged during transport or does not arrive, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. In case of package being lost, we also ask you to contact the shipping company. If necessary, we will replace the product with a new or equivalent product.
