Delivery costs

The delivery costs are based on the delivery country, method and value of the order. The billing address of the customer has no effect on the delivery costs. The delivery costs are also not based on the weight of the order. You can see the actual delivery costs in the online shop before finalizing your order.

Delivery to Finland

The domestic parcel of Posti is used for deliveries within Finland. Customer can request a delivery to a certain post office or a Smartpost-Parcel Terminal. Otherwise the parcel will in most cases be sent to the closest Posti Smartpost-Parcel Terminal based on the delivery address. Customer must provide an e-mail address and mobile phone number while ordering, so they can receive an electronic notice on the sending and arrival of their parcel. Posti Home Parcel will be delivered home. Posti will contact you for suitable delivery time. Both types of shipments can be tracked using the OmaPosti app or on Posti's website.

Delivery to Germany and other countries

GLS EuroBusinessParcel is used for deliveries in Germany, EU-countries, Switzerland and Norway. Parcels are delivered based on the delivery rules and regulations of GLS. Customer has a responsibility to agree on the details of the delivery with the carrier. Customer must provide an e-mail address and mobile phone number while ordering, so they can receive a tracking code for following the parcel and contacting in need.

Delivery time

Delivery time to orders within Germany and Finland is 4-6 workdays. To other countries the delivery takes about 6-7 days. The delivery times are only suggestive and based on operation of Posti and GLS. Company has no obligation for compensation in cases of delayed delivery because of delivery problems of Posti or GLS.

Payment instructions

All payment methods used in the online shop are fully protected and safe to use. Payments are transferred online using the SSL (Security Sockets Layer) security technology. All personal information in the online shop is kept confidential. Any credit card information or other payment information will not be saved in the system of the online shop, but they are solely transferred between the client and the payment provider.

Paypal and Bank transfer are available as a payment option in the shop „Germany and Europe“. Visma Pay can be used only for credit card payments. In the shop "Finland and Åland Islands" Visma Pay offers variety of payment options, but other payment methods are disabled.

Bank transfer
If you want to pay your order by bank transfer, choose “Pay by bank wire”. After you have confirmed your order, the next page will show you the payment information for a bank transfer. The information will also be sent to the e-mail address given by you. Your order will be sent as soon as your payment is visible on our account. We reserve the products for your order for 14 days. If we do not get the payment during this time, we will automatically cancel the order and return the products to the storage.

When you choose “PayPal” as your payment method, you will be directed to the payment page of PayPal at the end of your ordering procedure. Check that the amount shown at the top of the PayPal page corresponds to the total amount shown in the online store. In the PayPal payment summary, product prices might be shown tax-free, so the most important thing is that the total is correct.

If you already are a PayPal customer, you can log in with your existing user data and confirm the payment either with a credit card connected to your account or the balance on your PayPal account. If you are a new customer in PayPal, you can create a free PayPal account. You will be directed to a site, that allows you to enter your credit or debit card details or bank account information, create an account and confirm the payment. The card or bank account used for the payment will be linked to your PayPal account, so the next time you can pay only by one click after logging in to your PayPal account.

After the payment you will be directed back to the web shop. You can also cancel the payment at any point and go back to the web shop by pressing a link at the bottom of the page saying, “Cancel and return to shop". The web shop will keep the contents of your shopping cart for you to choose another payment method.

Your order will be processed, when the payment is visible in our system. In most cases, receiving a payment from PayPal only takes a few minutes. After the payment has arrived, you will get an order confirmation and a payment receipt from PayPal to your e-mail address. Please notice, that sometimes PayPal page might encounter errors our web shop is not responsible of. If you are not sure whether your payment / order has been accepted, contact the online store or PayPal customer service.

Visma Pay

Visma Pay (Visma Payments Oy, business-id FI24865594) is the payment facilitator of the online shop. Visma Payments Oy is a payment facilitator authorized by the Financial Supervisory Authority of Finland. The payment process is conducted in the online service of Visma Pay. Visma Pay or Visma Payments Oy is shown as the receiver of your payment in the bank account listing and in your invoice. Paying with Visma Pay is safe. All information is exchanged through secured connections.

Payment methods

With Visma Pay you can pay your order within Finland and Åland Islands by an internet banking account, a wallet, a payment card (credit/debit), an invoice or a partial payment. The following methods of payment are supported: Osuuspankki, Nordea, Danske Bank, Oma Säästöpankki, Säästöpankki, Aktia, Paikallisosuuspankit, S-Pankki, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken, Jousto, Alisa Lasku, Alisa Yrityslasku, MobilePay, Masterpass, Pivo, Visa-, Visa Debit-, Visa Electron-, MasterCard- and Debit MasterCard payment cards.

Outside Finland only the following methods of payment are supported: Masterpass, Visa-, Visa Debit-, Visa Electron-, MasterCard- and Debit MasterCard payment cards. 3D Secure must be enabled on your card. Anyone who wants to pay with a credit card on the Internet, must take another step in order to enter the card details when releasing the payment. This authentication security measure is mandatory for online purchases by credit card in Europe, according to a European directive. The 3D-Secure process provides additional security. This is to prevent an unauthorized third party from shopping with your credit card details at your expense.

MobilePay: You can pay with your MobilePay wallet if you have allowed online payments in the settings of the MobilePay application. Payment via MobilePay takes place directly from the payment card linked to MobilePay. If charging the payment from the linked card fails, MobilePay can not be used in the online shop.

Jousto invoice and part-payment is a Finnish service for making purchases quickly and safely. Jousto is for private persons having their economy in balance. With Jousto you will get 30 days time to pay without interest or expenses. After you have received an invoice, you can decide to pay it at once or in parts. You can pay our purchase in up to 36 parts, starting from 9,90 eur/month. Expenses for Jousto part-payment are 3,90 eur/month and 19,90% interest.
