♥ Arctic honey is characterised by long lasting liquidity and a fresh, fruity flavour. ♥ Dance of the Norhern Lights includes aromas of almond, green leaves and raspberry. ♥ Heather Honey has a trace of bitterness that contributes an extremely elegant flavour. ♥ Our aromatic Midnight Sun has a stunning golden color and it offers a hint of peach flavour. ♥ Finland's pure environment and long, bright summer days give a gentle character and sweet aroma to this spread-like Nordic Summer honey.♥ The main ingredients of the delicious and aromatic Golden Autumn are heather, yolks, buckwheat and honeydew. ♥ Breeze of Spring is a honey with a spreadable consistency. The flavour calls to mind old-fashioned caramel lollipops.
All our honeys are Finnish natural products: nothing is added to them and they are not pasteurized.
