This honey is collected under the midnight sun from fireweed, cloudberry, lingonberry and other native forest flowers of Lapland. The result is a refined harmony of berry flavors and a hint of sourness.
Finland consists almost entirely of taiga, the boreal coniferous forest. With this honey you can bring a piece of untouched nature from the far north to your home.
