The bees have gathered the pollen from the Scandinavian nature. It is nature's own superfood, as it is a nutrient-rich supplement. You can add it to porridge, curd, yogurt or smoothies for breakfast.

Pollen has a delicately sweet, malty and herbaceous taste. Pollen is very high in protein, contains many different vitamins and amino acids necessary for humans.

Bees collect pollen on their hind legs and transport the grains to the hive. The color of pollen is usually yellow, but there are many color variations, from completely white to blue-black. The color of the grain can tell the original plant: willows are light yellow, dandelion orange, fireweed dark green, etc.

Adults: 1-3 teaspoons / day and under 12 years old: ca. ½-1 teaspoons / day
This product can cause symptoms for those who have pollen allergy.
