All our honeys

During the summertime we have almost 400 beehives located all around Finland from the Western coast to the Eastern border and above the Polar Circle. We use ecological wooden boxes for our beehives. The Finnish Beekeepers’ Association has awarded us the highest honor, the title of "Beekeeper of the Year". Our honey has also won numerous awards and received international recognition.

Initially, our honey production was mainly for home use, but over the years, we have developed our beekeeping methods to the point where we can now offer consumers one of the widest selections of honey in Finland. Additionally, we have many years of experience in producing high-quality flavored honey preparations (e.g., ginger and lemon).

Honey is not always consistent in its composition; its texture, color, smell, and taste can vary greatly depending on the plants from which the nectar is sourced. The more naturally occurring fructose honey contains, the more liquid it is. However, the more glucose it contains, the firmer it is.

Due to the conditions in Finland, we cannot compete on price with cheap mass-production countries. In our production, we pay special attention to the harvest plants, the cleanliness of the harvest area, and the professional processing of the honey. One of the most important tasks of a beekeeper is the constant observation of nature. This is essential for the yield and health of the bees.

We always work according to the conditions of nature and prioritize quality over quantity. Our beehives are placed far from public roads and settlements, ensuring the high quality of our honey.
