This recipe follows a Scottish tradition, which glazes a whole chicken with heather honey and curry mustard!
Lay the chicken in an oven dish. Mix the other ingredients and pour them over the chicken. Cover the oven dish with a tinfoil and fry the chicken for one hour in 200°C. Carefully glaze the chicken with the liquid from the oven dish. Place the chicken in the oven and fry it for additional half an hour without the tinfoil. When the chicken is golden brown and done, take it from the oven. Serve with mashed potatoes and boiled vegetables.
