Did you know that the USA has its own national day for cheese-lovers, on 20th of January? Us at Polar-Honey are huge cheese fans as well and especially cheese from Middle Europe is our weakness. Cheese culture in Finland is still in its coming but already over the past years, the amount of self-made cheese-based businesses, has been increasing.
Last year we created our own honey-set for cheese and honey lovers. It includes 5 of our delicious liquid honeys as well as a wooden honey-spoon.
