Decoration: fresh berries and honey
Heat an oven to 225C. Coat a pie form in size 24cm diameter with butter and flour. Press the dough in the form, make sure you have a generous crust on the rim. Prebake the dough for ten minutes. Take the form out of the oven and let the oven on for the next step.
Filling: Mix the cream cheese with a mixer. Add the other ingredients and mix quickly to make the filling. Pour it on the crust in the form. Put the pie in the oven and bake for about 25 minutes, cover the crust if it looks too brown. Let the pie cool down and decorate it with fresh berries and honey.
