11.09.2020 - Lingonberry season inspirates baking

Lingonberries are getting more ripe day by day and this superfood of Finnish nature is easy to find in big quantities all over Finnish forests. Bees have been active in pollunating lingonberry flowers and created rare lingonberry honey, which has an aromatic flavor that reminds of carnation.

As people spend more time working at home and because of quarantine regulations, baking has gained more popularity as a hobby. There is nothing more homey than smelling the fresh bread baking in the oven! Because of this newly found enthusiasm to baking, we want to share our amazing recipe for lingonberry honey bread, which gives energy to focus on any job ahead.Puolukkaleipa
